How to prepare for a photo shoot

 3 Things to Do!

1.  Have a clear vision of your brand.

Sometimes that is the hardest part.  So, I always recommend a consult.  The consult really helps to start the planning process.  It helps me to get to know your business and the most important thing, to get to know you.  After the consultation, I send my clients a pretty extensive questionnaire to help hone in on the brand identity.  Are you quirky and fun, colorful, determined, elegant, casual?  Your brand and your personality I want to highlight so your audience will connect.

2.  The Look! This to me is the super fun part.  Hair and Make up and Styling.  For branding it's important to be you.  Your make up should be a natural kicked up version of you.  I work hard to help my clients create the look they want, so they can feel comfortable in their skin, so important.  Boards of different make up looks and hair and clothing style inspiration really help.

3.  Have Fun! Photo Shoots are work but it is so much fun!  If we have planned properly, the rest is gravy!  Follow the strategy and on shoot day it's all about you.  My team will pamper you, be a cheerleader, so that your experience will be stellar!
